By booking a stay with Banjara, you agree to our simple terms designed to ensure a productive, safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone:
Your booking is confirmed only after full payment is received, and a government‑issued ID is required at check‑in.
During your stay, we ask that you respect fellow guests, staff, and neighbours.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, and workspaces should be kept clean and professional.
Our high‑speed internet and 24/7 power backup are provided for productive work, but we request responsible usage.
Housekeeping is provided and laundry services are available at an additional cost.
For Batch 1, the check in date would be 1st August and the timings would be after 12 PM (IST). Similarly, the check out date would be 15th August and the timing would be 10 PM (IST). For Batch 2, the
check in date would be 15th August and the time would be after 12 PM (IST). Similarly, for Batch 2, the check out date would be 30th August and the timing would be before 10 PM (IST).
Extra cost will be applied to activities planned by Banjara (this excludes in house activities like bonfire, movie screenings, musical nights etc)
You are responsible for any damage caused during your stay. We encourage you to join our community events but we also respect your privacy.
Your personal data is collected solely for booking and compliance purposes and is never shared with third parties except as required by law.
Banjara is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings, and we reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if house rules are violated. By booking, you accept these terms and agree to be part of our tribe — responsibly, respectfully, and joyfully.
Any guest who witnesses or experiences misconduct must report it immediately to the property manager or on-site community manager. All reports will be taken seriously and investigated promptly. The Company reserves the right to review CCTV footage, speak with witnesses, and conduct an internal inquiry into any reported incident.
